TransGull (Desktop) makes it easy to translate YouTube videos.
You can download the latest version of the client from the official TransGull website: https://transgull.com/
Just a few quick steps, and you’ll get bilingual subtitles with voice recognition and translation:
1. Copy the Link: On YouTube, click “Share” and copy the video URL.
2. Paste in TransGull: Open the “Video Translation” , paste the youtube link, and click “Open Link.”
3. Set Languages: Choose the Source language and the Target translation language.
AI will auto-detect the original language. If it’s incorrect, please adjust manually.
4. Select the subtitle source: If the video already has captions, “Built-in Subtitles” will be used by default.
Switch to “AI Recognition” if you prefer AI-generated subtitles.
5. Preprocessing: The video will enter the preprocessing stage. Please do not close the client during this time.
6. Completion of Translation: When the screen shows “Translating… %”, you can leave the page and return later. TransGull will notify you once the translation is complete.
After the translation is finished, you can find and watch your video under “Watch & Listen Later” on the TransGull home screen.
