The local video translation feature in TransGull is part of its video translation capabilities. Simply select a video from your device, and with just a few taps, TransGull will automatically transcribe and translate the audio, generating bilingual subtitles for you.
1.Tap Video, then select Local Video.
For first-time users: when prompted for access permissions, please choose “All Photos and Videos” to allow full access. This is required to upload videos for translation.
Note: Granting full access ensures the app can consistently link to the local video each time you open the video details.
2.Select and upload your video.
3.Choose the original language of the video, then select the target translation language.
4.The video will enter the preprocessing stage. Please do not close the TransGull app during this time.
5.When the screen shows “Translating…”, you may navigate to other pages or minimize the app and use other applications. TransGull will notify you when the video translation is complete.
After the translation is finished, you can view the video under “Watch & Listen Later” on the TransGull homepage.
