4. Click Start Interpretation to view real-time translation output.
💡 Attendee experience: Attendees can use the event's dedicated link or QR Code to access the event page on their mobile or desktop browser, select their preferred language, and listen to or view the translation in real time — no app download required.
Step 4: Share with Attendees
After creating an event, three sharing methods are available in the bottom-right corner of the event page, allowing you to choose the option that best fits your attendees' preferences:
Method 1: Link
Click Copy Link to copy the dedicated access link and send it directly to attendees. Attendees can click the link to open the event page in their mobile or desktop browser, select their preferred language, and listen to interpretation in real time.
Method 2: Event Poster
Click Generate Poster — the system will automatically create a polished poster containing the event name, time, and QR code. You can save the image for social media promotion, email body graphics, or on-site printing. Attendees can scan the QR code on the poster to join quickly.
Method 3: QR Code
Click Download QR Code to obtain the dedicated QR code image. You can embed the QR code in your event website, invitation emails, badges, or on-site signage. Attendees can scan the code with their phone to go directly to the event translation page — no manual URL entry required.
💡 All three methods point to the same event entry point. Attendees can choose whichever method is most convenient for their situation. Whether joining via link, poster, or QR code, all attendees receive a unified, synchronized multilingual interpretation experience.
Large-Screen Subtitle Window
During interpretation, if you need to project translations onto a venue screen:
1. On the interpretaion Control page, locate the translation language window and click the Open Subtitle Window option on the right side.
2. Select the translation languages you want to display on the large screen.
3. Configure the subtitle font size and other display settings.
4. Click Open Large-Screen Subtitle Window — translations will be displayed in real time in a separate, large-format window for the on-site audience.
