2)Accessing Interpretation via Link:
Attendees do not need to install any app or browser extension. Simply click the link in the chat to open the web-based translation page:
View Subtitles (No Registration Required): Select View as guest, to view real‑time bilingual subtitles in your browser.
Listen to Live Audio (Login Required): Select Log In to View, then click Play at the bottom-right corner to stream real-time audio interpretation (customizable voice and volume controls available).
💡 Tip: We recommend using headphones when listening to audio interpretation to prevent your microphone from picking up the translation output and creating an echo.
How do I set the time zone for international meetings with time differences?
The GullBot Interpretation scheduling page features a flexible Time Zone drop-down menu to accommodate cross-time-zone meetings:
Default Time Zone: By default, TransGull automatically detects and selects your local device's time zone (e.g., Eastern Standard Time(America/Atikokan)).
Setting a Different Time Zone: If you are scheduling a meeting for overseas colleagues or clients, simply click the Time Zone drop-down menu and select the host's or participants' local time zone (e.g., Argentina Standard Time, Japan Standard Time). Then, pick the corresponding local date and time for the meeting.
