What should I do if I encounter issues while using simultaneous interpretation during an online meeting?

Updated this week

If you encounter issues while using TransGull simultaneous interpretation in Zoom, Google Meet, Webex, or other meeting platforms, please check the following steps:

1. Confirm that the virtual audio device is installed

  • VB-CABLE is installed (Windows) / TransGull Audio is installed (Mac)

  • Your computer has been restarted after installation

2. Check the microphone in your meeting app

  • In the meeting, switch the microphone to VB-CABLE (Windows) or TransGull Audio (Mac)

3. Check TransGull translation settings

  • Go to Settings → Translation Playback Settings

  • Enable the target language you want to play
