When you have an unstable internet connection or cannot easily open the TransGull, you can dial TransGull's dedicated system access number directly from your phone to start a cross-border translated call using voice prompts.
💡 Preparation
Download and install TransGull from transgull.com, App Store, or Google Play.
Log in to your account, go to "Phone Call," and bind your phone number.
Pro Tip: Pre-set your default languages: Enable "Default Language Settings" on the "Phone Call" screen , set your fixed language and the other party's default language.
Steps:
Use your bound number to call “+1 213 768 8887” directly.
After the call connects, follow the voice prompts:
Enter the other party's number with the country code, but without the plus sign, then press #.
Press 1 to use the default other party language, or press 2 to use the recommended language. You can also press 3 to open the language menu, then enter a two-digit language code to choose another language.
